REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from J.Lore. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below:
Return Policy
- Timeframe: You may return your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Foundation's guidelines.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, charms, and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items, including bags or accessories that have been monogrammed or fitted with personalized charms. Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
Refund Policy
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, you may do so within 14 days of the original purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference.
- Exchanges must be made using the same means of purchase.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please check your bank account first. If you still have not received it, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
- Pre-orders and made-to-order items are non-refundable, as they are customized upon request.
- All refunds for purchases made by card will be processed to the same card used at checkout. Cash refunds will not be issued for card payments, even in the case of gifts. For purchases made in cash, refunds will be issued in cash as well.
- Customized orders with initials or personalized charms are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
